Online Education team member: jointly supported instructional and multimedia design in close collaboration with WMU faculty. Designed, developed, built, and supported 100+ online courses each semester that met University/faculty and student goals and needs. Supported faculty development workshops teaching web-based course content delivery system.
Developed effective instructional materials for online courses from start to finish. Used instructional design methodology best practices to analyze, evaluate, design, and develop functional specifications.
Created/maintained content in the learning management system (Blackboard Vista and the new Desire2Learn) that supported learning: content editing, graphic design, web development. Including migration efforts.

MKTG 4740—Creative Strategy
This course will provide practical real-life projects to gain proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Module one: the basics will begin with the creative process developing skills in the Adobe applications— InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Module two: creative development further explores the creative process, introducing the principles of design, typography, color and composition. In Module three: campaign development, will apply the synthesized knowledge to accomplish the final group project, to design and produce an integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaign.Learning Outcomes: Develop basic knowledge and skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to produce a series of projects designed to raise awareness and efficiency in these applications.
Identify basic terminology of the Adobe programs.
Identify basic terminology of the principles of design, typography and color.
Learning the terminology of creative thinking.
Design and produce an integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaign.
